Now throwing a neighbourhood  party is alittle different than a party in your own back yard,

isn’t this beautiful, wrong colours but just wanted to share it with you.

If you are planning to close the road you will need to get permission from your local council
Councils do vary but approximately 3 – 12 weeks before.

call on each neighbour and hand deliver 6-8 weeks in advance as this breaks the ice

also note cars will need moving from off the street politely

reminders to pop through doors

COSTUMESnot that kind of party – but scatter enough party hats and blowers for the kids at least
